The Richard B. Peoples, Sr. Ministerial Association was founded by Bishop Richard B. Peoples, Sr., to unite ministers in a covenant relationship aimed at learning, growing, and fulfilling God’s plan and purpose. This association exists to support, empower, and help ministers maximize the vision of their individual ministries. The concept of “covenant affiliation” is central to RBPM, reflecting its commitment to providing spiritual covering, guidance, and support to every member. No minister or organization affiliated with RBPM walks alone; each is strengthened through connection and collaboration. As Bishop Peoples explains, “Covenant is about a partnership—it’s about coming together to exchange strengths for weaknesses until those weaknesses are completely overcome.

Meet Our Founders
Founder
Bishop Richard B. Peoples, Sr. is the visionary founder of Richard B. Peoples, Sr. Ministries, Inc., a network dedicated to empowering leaders, fostering covenant relationships, and equipping ministries for growth. As Senior Pastor of Faith Outreach Church in Augusta, Georgia, he leads with a passion for unity and service, extending his influence across the U.S. and South Korea through covenant partnerships.
Consecrated into the Overcoming Churches of God – Faith Temple, Inc. College of Bishops, Bishop Peoples also holds a doctorate from St. Thomas Christian College. His steadfast belief in the power and safety of covenant relationships is exemplified by his submission under the leadership of Dr. Creflo A. Dollar, Jr., Senior Pastor of World Changers Church International in College Park, Georgia.
Known for his clear and transformative teaching of God’s Word, Bishop Peoples inspires faith and unity. He is a prolific author, with works including The Victorious Life of Faith, First Priorities, and The Expected End of Vision.
Alongside his wife of over 40 years, Dr. Janice E. Peoples, he continues to serve with dedication. His character and legacy is extended through his 3 children, 8 grandchildren, many spiritual sons and daughters, and partners in ministry.

Dr. Janice Peoples is a woman of divine wisdom and insight who faithfully serves as Co-Founder and Vice-President of Richard B. Peoples, Sr. Ministries, Inc. She also co-pastors Faith Outreach Church in Hephzibah, Georgia, alongside her husband, Bishop Richard B. Peoples, Sr.
With a heart for ministry that transcends boundaries, Dr. Peoples is passionate about seeing individuals walk in the liberty and power of God. Her honest, no-nonsense approach and spirit of discernment inspire transformation, while her nurturing spirit touches all who encounter her teachings.
An international speaker and minister, Dr. Peoples holds a Doctorate of Divinity from St. Thomas Christian College. Despite her global influence, her favorite place remains at the feet of the Lord.
Dr. Janice Peoples and Bishop Richard B. Peoples, Sr., her high school sweetheart and husband of over 40 years, are proud parents of three children and eight grandchildren. Together, they are committed to advancing God’s Kingdom and empowering others for ministry.

What does RBPM stand for?
R.B.P.M. stands for Richard B Peoples Sr Ministries. Dr Richard Peoples Sr has been empowering pastors and church leaders that are ready to experience spiritual growth, receive essential resources, and join a community of empowered leaders.
How do I get started with RBPM?
First, take our church assessment. Once you complete the assessment, someone from our offices will contact you with next steps and schedule a discovery meeting to learn more about your needs.
Will RBPM help with credentials such as licensing and ordinations?
Yes, if we are able to determine if you are a good fit.
Does RBP plant churches?
No, at the moment we are not planting churches outside of Faith Outreach Church of Augusta.
Does Dr Peoples speak at other churches?
Yes, Dr Richard Peoples Sr will pray about every request and engagement. If the engagement is accepted, the office of RBPM will assist from there.
